If your bathroom has 60x36 or larger of clear floor in the wet zone, a true walk-in fits with no expansion. Anything tighter is still possible at the Pioneer entry tier but reads as a stand-up rather than a true walk-in.

EXCLUSION SCOPE

The freestanding tub itself (we are showers-only). Tile floor surrounding the tub. Vanity, toilet, or lighting changes. Tub deck or tub-filler hardware. If your master has the room for both, the walk-in is the daily-use upgrade and the tub serves the occasional soak. Get the walk-in installed by a specialist (Cascade) and the tub installed by your general remodeler. Both can happen in the same week without conflict.
