1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Cascade Showerworks website at www.cascadeshowerworks.com(the “Site”) and your engagement with our consultation, quoting, and shower installation services. By accessing the Site, requesting a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

2. Who We Are

Cascade Showerworks is a Houston-based bathroom remodeling company specializing in one-day shower installations, including tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in shower installations, barrier-free and curbless showers, shower system replacements, glass enclosures, and custom shower design. We are located at 1800 Sherwood Forest Street, Suite C-1A, Houston, TX 77043, and serve the Greater Houston metropolitan area.

3. Services & Free Consultations

Our in-home consultations are free of charge and carry no obligation to purchase. During a consultation we assess your existing bathroom, present material samples and options, and prepare a written quote. Scheduling a consultation does not create a contract for installation services; a contract is formed only when both you and Cascade Showerworks sign a written installation agreement. Descriptions of our services on the Site — including references to one-day installation — describe our standard process for typical projects; the timeline and scope applicable to your project are those stated in your signed installation agreement.

4. Quotes & Pricing

Written quotes are itemized, line by line, and reflect the scope of work discussed at your consultation. Pricing ranges published on the Site are estimates for typical projects and are provided for general informational purposes only; your actual price is the price stated in your written quote. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Work outside the quoted scope — for example, structural repairs discovered after demolition, plumbing relocations, or upgrades you request after signing — will be documented and priced in a written change order before the work is performed.

5. Promotional Offers

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion itself, all promotional offers advertised on the Site or in our marketing: apply to new signed installation agreements only; are limited to one offer per household, per project; cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or coupon; have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash; must be presented or claimed before your installation agreement is signed; and may be modified, extended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The discount amount applicable to your project is the amount stated in your written quote. Promotions do not apply retroactively to previously signed agreements or completed projects.

6. Financing

Advertised payment amounts, such as “payments as low as $50/month,” are illustrative examples only and are subject to credit approval by a third-party lender. Your actual payment amount, interest rate, term, and eligibility depend on the lender's underwriting criteria, your creditworthiness, the amount financed, and the financing plan you select. Financing terms are stated in your agreement with the lender, not in these Terms. Consent to a credit inquiry is required to apply for financing; applying for or using financing is never a condition of receiving a quote. Cash and financed customers receive the same installed price.

7. Scheduling, Deposits & Cancellations

Installation dates are scheduled after your installation agreement is signed and materials are ordered. Any deposit, progress payment, cancellation, or rescheduling terms applicable to your project are those stated in your signed installation agreement, which controls over anything on the Site. If our crew cannot access your home on the scheduled installation date, we will work with you to reschedule; repeated missed appointments may be subject to the rescheduling terms in your agreement. Where applicable, your agreement will include any cancellation rights required by law, including notice of any right to cancel within three business days for transactions covered by applicable home solicitation rules.

8. Warranties

Our shower wall systems and bases are covered by a lifetime transferable warranty, and our workmanship is covered by Cascade Showerworks's labor warranty. The scope, duration, exclusions, and claim process for all warranties are governed exclusively by the written warranty documents delivered and registered at the time of your installation. Marketing statements on the Site summarize our warranties but do not expand, modify, or replace the written warranty documents. Warranties apply to the original installation as performed by Cascade Showerworks and do not cover damage caused by subsequent modifications, misuse, or work performed by others.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, photographs, project images, graphics, logos, and design — are the property of Cascade Showerworks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data. Links from the Site to third-party websites (for example, Google or the Better Business Bureau) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep Site information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content — including pricing ranges, timelines, and product descriptions — is complete or current at all times. Nothing in this section limits the written warranties described in Section 8 or any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cascade Showerworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Your rights and remedies relating to installation services are those stated in your signed installation agreement, the written warranty documents, and applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold Cascade Showerworks harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. SMS Program & Privacy

Our SMS text messaging program is governed by the SMS Terms of Service published on our Privacy Policy page, including opt-in, opt-out (reply “STOP”), and help (reply “HELP”) instructions. Phone numbers collected through the SMS consent process are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Disputes relating to installation services are subject to any dispute resolution provisions in your signed installation agreement. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date at the top of this page and will be effective as soon as it is posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes to these Terms do not modify the terms of any installation agreement signed before the change.
